Our specialty – Pizza di Ombrelli

When it come to pizza, a good oven is an important prerequisite in order to get the best end-result. Our pizzas are baked quickly for 90 seconds in a 450-degreed clay-oven. This way, the pizzas gets their characteristic high and airy crusts with crispy, smokey spots.

Our special oven from VALORIANI VERACE is a technical advanced oven, and the result of a century long knowledge and observation at Refrattari Valorani and their engineers, who are supported by the ASSOCIATION OF GENUINE NAPOLITAN PIZZA. However- a good pizza-oven cannot replace the pizza-makers skills or creativity, but it help to maximize the makers skills.

About Ombrelli Italian street kitchen

Ombrelli Italian Street Kitchen started up as an idea written down on a piece of napkin during a visit in Naples, Italy. We saw a distinct charm in the family-operated food trucks on the corners of the markets scattered all over the streets of the city, Where the aroma of fresh basil, hand-maid pasta, and homemade cheese filled the air. This trip was the foundation of our obsession, our inspiration, our mission – to bring this experience back to Jönköping.
